iPad and WiFi Issues

I just got an iPad 2 and am having issues with connecting to WiFi. I see my network name, selected the network, entered my password on my iPad. Now all it does is just the little wheel turning to the left of my network name. I tried to reset my network, my iPad network, unplugged, replugged, etc... This is the same issue that I am having with my iPhone too. I have a Cisco wireless router model WRT54GS. Can someone help?

Hi, and welcome to the forum. Good to "see" you and hope you enjoy your visit(s).

Since you've mentioned problems with both your iPad and your iPhone, may I suggest you try resetting your router. Oftentimes, turning it off and then on helps.

If that doesn't work, go into the Settings app on your iDevice (General > Network > WiFi > [the network you're connected to]) and choose to "Forget this Network." Once that's done, reload the network again.
