PDF reader with bells and whistles?

I'm looking for a PDF reader which can do the following:

Annotations/call outs which show the actual text of the annotation on the page instead of just an annotation icon which you have to tap to see the text.

Bookmark list which can be organized, sorted, etc.

iAnnotate is the 'Rolls Royce' PDF annotation app...there's a manual at the Developer's website, so you can check out what it can do before purchasing.
