Is it possible to set the page orientation for Fixed Layout EPUB 3 on iBooks as follows?
For a Fixed Layout EPUB 3,
1. iBooks should display a single page in Portrait orientation and
2. iBooks should display a double page (i.e spread page) only in Landscape orientation
Note: Page view should be changed based on iPad orientation
