Onscreen keyboard

Hi - just joined the UK forum. Has anyone any tips about what to do when the on screen keyboard shifts it position up the screen? Have tried turning off and on again but it seems that the on screen keyboard still about one third up the screen. Any solutions?

Press and clip the right lower key of the keyboard, the one with the picture of a keyboard and a menu will open. Select Dock.
