One book (title) in multiple collections?

Hi - Is there any way to "move" a book into more than one collection? For example, I'd like to see a Sherlock Holmes title by Arthur Conan Doyle appear in a "Mystery" collection, and in a "19th C. Brit" collection, and in a "First Person Style Narratives" collection.

I have an idea this is not possible, unless you manipulate or edit the original ePub or PDF file in iTunes.
