Numbers working with time

Can anyone help me with a spreadsheet working with time, I am trying to make a little training diary, but I can’t make a diagram with use of time in numbers, only with use of excel !

I'm going to need more information than that.

Do you know how to create a table and set it up in Numbers, or is it only time/duration tables that are giving you trouble?

Are you formatting the cells as duration, as opposed to time?

And, have you gone through Apple's iWork support site? Link provided below.
