I may be missing it but is there a way set different notification sounds for different email accounts? If not know of any apps that will do it?

No you cant do it and app store apps are not capable of doing this.

you can change the sound for all emails with some jailbroken apps, at least for the iphone you can I have not tried it on the iPad.
