I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, I have problem with my iPad screen, but Bly in the purchase section, it is strange that when I tap, the right icon which was supposed to be there comes up, but the whole screen is blank. None of the icon of my purchase appears. I wonder what the problem is?

It's not you. There is an App Store glitch that is affecting a lot of people. There is no known (for sure) fixe at this time. You can still search for and download your old apps; and the iTunes App Store on the computer still works, so you can look them up that way (if you have iTunes).
