No option to change GameCenter profile pic

I go to GameCenter, I want to add a profile picture but it gives me no option. The only thing in the top is my username and below it is all the bubbles (Games, Turns, Challenges, ect.). I attached a photo to show you what I mean. Is it because I am under age to chose a profile picture?

Mine gives me the choice to edit my photo.
