No Body Contained in Received Emails

I have a new iPad 2 and set it up for email. It receives emails but when I open them, I only receive the To, From and Subject. The little icon appears in the body momentarily saying it's loading, yet nothing appears. My internet tech support tried to assist by loading under gmail, then other. Both worked, but the body continues to be missing. Have I done something wrong or missed a setting or something. Feedback will be most appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried "scrolling" down in the body of the email? Something similar happened to me, I just had to click a 'continue loading(?)' button

I have the same issue. There is nothing in the body of the email at all!
Running os 5.01
This just started out of the blue. Was working fine prior to.
