News app in ios 9

Updated a week ago, still cannot find the new news app, where is it?

The News app is available in the USA only, for now. If you're from a different country, you won't find the app on your iPad.

If you want to try it, change your region to the USA in Settings - General - Language & Region - Region Formats - Region. Some people were successfully finding the app afterwards.
