Hi everyone and thanks for being here. I received an ipad wifi as a gift and have no experience whatsoever with the iOS. I became a little intimidate as I began to learn of it's inability to play flash content and ran across terms like "cydia, blogs, and jailbreak." I assume this forum is where I belong for now.

if you just want to watch flash based videos. Skyfire web browser is 5 bucks on the app store and does a pretty good job at it.

Thank you. I'll check that out. The flashplayer issue came up when I was exploring xfinity tv content. Would you or anyone mind recommending a free DVD to mp4 program for windows7?

also, Xfinity is getting its own app to stream videos. Coming soon.

I use imTOO DVD ripper and Apple DVD converter (got link for apple DVD converter located in this forum somewhere)
