Newbie signing in!

Hello all.

I'm eagerly awaiting delivery of an iPad2 (32gb, White) . We've talking about getting one for ages, and - on the pretext that it's a birthday pressie to me for later this week - we've taken the plunge. Unbelievably Cat was out when they delivered on Friday , so it's coming again tomorrow and fingers crossed that she remembers to stay in, hears the door, etc, etc!...

We've had our first Mac, an iMac, for 18 months or so and love it, and I'm looking forward to going down the Airport Express/iPad Remote route to stream music to the HiFi from the computer and iPad.

Lots to learn, and lots of help on this site. I'll get on with downloading the manual shortly.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
