Newbie: Good morning!

I'm here to find out whether it's worth my while buying an iPad. I'm somewhat disturbed by the lack of inputs. Maybe I'm missing something. What if I want to copy stuff over from a hard disk to the iPad? Why would I have an iPad instead of a mac laptop? What's the advantage? Many thanks from menorca

In terms of lack of inputs it's all there if you need it......

- wifi connections for cloud transfers (check out drop box)
- camera connection kit (CCK) for memory cards
- external hard disk connectivity via goflex satellite, CloudFTP, etc.
- memory cards using AirStash
