Hi All

New member looking to enhance my iPad experience. First question:

I have a couple of apps that are showing available updates, but when I try and update I get a message that I can't connect to the iTunes Store. The problem is I can connect to he store for everything else, purchasing new apps or music and downloading it. I have tried all the usual fixes and even reset to factory settings after backing up with iCloud. Any suggestions for the next step?

Second question:

When I did the factory reset and restored from the cloud all of my notes in the Noteshelf app are missing, am I able to get these back or are they gone for good?

Thanks and looking forward to learning lots from you guys.

Have the same problem....can't clear it either

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

If you can't update those apps delete them and then do a reinstall.
Was your Noteshelf app being backed up in iCloud, was the setting on here?
