Trying to learn to print on a canon990. I downloaded the app, but still does not work. Any suggestions?

Members who have experienced this problem usually find that it's due to the fact that your WiFi router changes the IP address of the printer occasionally and this 'confuses' the iPad. You need to log in to your router as Admin and tell the router to assign the printer a static IP address so that it doesn't get changed.
