My name is Kathy and I am a new member fom Southeast Louisiana.
I have an affinity for technolgy and have been using computers since the 1980's when my dad, an IBM employee, drug his first pc home. I have been using Apple products since I was at LSU where I was introduced to their personal computers in design based computer classes in the 1990's. I got my first iPod when I was working for FEMA after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the styling and intuitive operation of Apple's small scaled personal electronic devices.
I have been using iPad for a little over a year and have almost completely forsaken my laptop pc. Though I am still using the original iPad, I am ready to move up to a tablet with greater ram and a faster processor and am considering the recently released iPad 4. I am looking for others to commiserate with on newest iPad and to speculate with on upcoming innovations. I use a lot of graphic aps and like to write and draw freehand and I landed here seeking advice and reccomendations on styluses from users who like to interact with iPad through written words and draw/paint freehand.
