New iPad user

Hello to all out there,I am new to iPad world and am enjoying discovering what it can do,a couple of things I need help with is firstly,what's the best way to compose and print out letters that I may want to send out,secondly what's the best way to just print out what I am looking at,be it an Internet site or whatever,I already have an air printer,so anyone can give me best advice that would be great thanks
