Hi, is there a way to use Netflix when its restricted from the internet provider ....my region does not allow to login to netflix as i ts restricted here..... Can we s ome how use it by using proxy or anything....

You need to get VPN, to trick Netflix into thinking you're in the U.S. and streaming to you. For VPN info, use the forum's search function.

Netflix is a streaming service that you subscribe to. There's no need to purchase any movies. Netflix streaming is available in places like the US.
