can anyone help me pleeease, after updating my ipod firmware and updating City Friends I couldn't open the game at all so I deleted it and downloaded it again but have lost everything and now when I try to log in my username and password are not recognised although they are still ok on this site

Had similar issue. Had to start all over again w/ new username &new city. Now I am trying to get neighbors. Josiewales8

has anyone else had a message saying "sorry an error has occurred your map is out of sync and needs to be reloaded. this can happen as a result of connection issues"? this is all i am getting at the moment but i don't have connection problems with other games.just wondered if this a bug from the latest update

Yes had this as well after the last update.
After a bit of thinking I removed ALL buildings and roads
Went out of the game
Restarted
Then rebuilt my City using The removed items in my inventory
