How to change credit card to none..coz my credit card has billing problem

Have you tried changing it under Settings > Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID ?

Your credit card info is there, so you can try deleting it and see whether that will do.

AFAIK, if you don't have a cc or a gift card to bill on your iTunes account, you won't be able to "buy" even free apps, though.

Tried already.still got same result.when choose credit card there only 3 choice visa , master card , amex.

Man.i already hve apple account.i only need to get rid off my credit card

But it might be simpler to close the existing account and open a new one...
