my videos have disappeared!

I recently recorded some important videos on my ipad mini.
I went to view them, and they appear to be gone.
The photos are there, and I expected them to be on the camera roll, but
I cant find them.

I turned the ipad off, and then on again, but my videos...are they lost forever?

All I can suggest is that you make sure you are lookinga the Camer Roll under the Alubms tab (at the bottom of the screen). I you are acctidently looking at the Photo Stream, you won’t see any videos. {instructions for iOS 7}
