Music transfer

I have ipad 3 stock I have down loaded music from iTunes is it possible to transfer to a android phone
Without subscribing to iCloud.My ipad will not recognise Samsung ace via Bluetooth. Although my phone recognises
Ipad.
Many thanks to everyone for the welcome comments.
Would appreciate any advice.

I believe music purchased from the iTunes Store can only be played on devices registered to the account they are bought with. So definitely no non Apple devices will play them. This is called DRM.

EDIT: now when you say iTunes, and just mean music stored on your PC ripped from CDs and such, you could get a third party add on to your PC that allows you to sync music to your portable MP3 players or other non Apple devices. Again, any iTunes Store bought music will not play, and it also depends what format you have ripped all your music in. MP3 good, AAC will be limited to compatible devices only.
