Motorcycle tank bag for I-pad that is anti-glare

I really would like to be able to find I-pad tank bag with antiglare screen. Want I-pad for GPS capabilities for my motorcycle journeys. It is my understanding that I-pad is just as efficient, or more efficient for GPS mapping then Garmin, and other manufacturers of the on line bike GPS systems. Can I-pad pull from satellite? Thanks for any input.
