Mail accounts

I, I am new to this, so I hope that I am posting to the correct place. I have multiple email mailboxes setup. I was able to see the specific folders on each one, but now when I go to accounts to see the folders it will not move. Please advise, I have a draft that I was working on and went out to find an email and can't find it.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

With regards to your issue with email, when an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Now relaunch the mail app and let us know if it is now fixed.

Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Also, just wondering if you were able to retrieve this email before on your iPad? I couldn't tell from reading your post.

What amount do you have set to show how many emails too come up? I don't know if that is the reason, but maybe that is why you cannot retrieve your old email. Verify by going to iPad settings/mail, contacts, calendars.
