Hi, I am new to the forum. I am having a problem downloading my subscription of Woman's Day ( Australian Magazine) . I have had no issue the last 2 weeks and it has downloaded very quickly, but this week it is showing the pages all along the bottom but the top three quarters of the screen is black with a loading symbol, but nothing is being loaded. I have deleted the app and re-installed, turned the iPad off and on, restored purchase etc but no luck. Any suggestions.
