Lost Pages Icon

I just noticed that my Pages icon is missing from the bar.
It exists in Settings and on my MacBook
I looked on all three pages as well as in all folders - no luck.

Any suggestions as I can not reinstall it from the App Store either...

Are you Jailbroken? Do you have Springtomize installed? Sometimes it hides icons without being asked, if you have check settings.
