Looking for Twitter app with certain features

I'm looking for a Twitter app that will let me do a few certain things:

1. I'm not a Twitter user and don't want to be or sign up for an account.
2. I want to be able to see certain Twitter users' tweets, stars of a favorite show, for example.
3. Would like the "feed" to be updated regularly.
4. Don't want to spend a lot on the app, if possible.

I'm currently using Flipboard to do this, and I like it, but itbdoesn't update regularly and doesn't present the feeds in any kind of coherent chronological order.

I've tried a few othe Twitter apps and they all require the user to have a Twitter account.

Any ideas/suggestions for what I want to do?

I really don't want a twitter account.

You can see anyone's tweets from the website and such, even with Flipboard, but it doesn't update regularly or display in a chronological order.

I just figured there might be a twitter client that would allow me to do this without requiring a twitter account.
