Limking calenders on 5c

I Am trying to link a calenders on the 5c to mine and I can't enable it....

Are you doing it through iCloud?

I googled it followed all the instructions and did everything it said but it still won't come on I have tried just on the phone and on the iMac ....iCloud ???

There is no edit ? It's totally different on a 5c have also gone into iCloud on 5c and still no edit ? Do I need to try when phone is connected to the mac ?

Hmm, I was going to check some stuff out and when I went to my calendar I found that my shared calendars are not working!!!

On my 4s the edit button is there on the 5c it's not .....it's not the same on the phones

It sounds an awful lot like a problem that was happening for some people in iOS 6. The solution was to go to the iCloud settings and make sure Calendars was turned on.

If I remember correctly both the Calendar and Contacts app would be missing the Edit option until this was done. For those that did not want to use iCloud, apparently the Edit button would remain after you turn the iCloud syncing back off.

I have been into Apple today and I think they have sorted it, but to be honest the guy I spoke to was a bit vague so I will let you know......
