Apple released iOS and iPadOS 26.4, macOS Tahoe 26.4, watchOS 26.4, HomePodOS 26.4, tvOS 26.4, and visionOS 26.4.
There are also updates for older versions:

I currently have 26.6.1 on my iPad Air m2 and my iPhone 16e. My  watch hasn’t had anything for a while yet.
