Kindle App - Library

How do you delete titles that have expired and been returned to the library. I only want current loans and books I own to appear in the library.

I believe you do it from the website, not from the app

Not sure if I understood your question correctly, but on my Kindle App at the bottom of the page it shows Cloud and Device. The Cloud is all your Kindle library. I can load any onto my ipad mini by holding down on the title in the Cloud until Download appears, then selecting.
To return to the library when read, I just hold it down in Device and select Remove from Device. It still stays in the cloud.
