Keyboard use

Where's the full keyboard with 'tab', 'ctrl', etc? Thanks

If you are talking about the default virtual keyboard on the iPad - then there is no Tab or Ctrl key (or arrow keys for that matter). If you want them, then I am afraid you'll have to use a third-party app that has a keyboard or buy an external Bluetooth keyboard. Sorry.
