Keyboard Issue

Hi, I've recently bought the ipad 2 and have noticed when I go into settings to check my mobile data allowance the keyboard does not make a clicking noise when I type in my account details, even though I have the clicks set to 'on'. This is the only place I can see that this happens, am I the only one??

Maybe it's a security feature!
