iTunes update 11.4 any problems?

I have just received a notification advising that iTunes 11.4 is available for download,

Has anyone had any issues since they have downloaded and installed it?

Well, I just updated my MBPro & iMac, but have not really used the new versions - indicated compatibility w/ iOS8 which will soon be released, so a good idea if you're planning to upgrade your iDevices to the newest iOS - Dave

We'll also have a major iTunes update next month when iTunes 12 is released alongside OSX Yosemite.
