iPF Noob
Hi, my iPod touch 5th gen and mini iPad 1st gen will not sync the last couple of cds that I imported to iTunes. The tracks are showing greyed out. All device software is up to date. iTunes version 12.2.1.16 is installed. Windows 8 on the laptop.
The last cd that has synced is showing the files encoded with 12.1.2.27. The tracks that won’t sync are encoded with 12.2.0.145 and 12.2.1.16. All files are Format MPEG-1, Layer 3. I should point out that my iPad Air 2nd Gen is syncing these tracks successfully.
All advice would be gratefully received
As an aside, since installing the latest version of iTunes all searches for album artwork are coming up with nil results.
