Issue with Saved passwords

Hi, I have an iPad 6th Generation and I have an issue when I access one particular site only. When I log in for the first time, I enter my Username and password, I'm then prompted to save the password. Password saves perfectly to "my passwords". When I log out and re-login again, it will automatically put in my username, but not my password, it wants me to create a new password. I cleared all Website data and history and closed down all opened apps, also performed a soft reset, still the same.

I tried the same procedure on my I-phone 12, and it works perfectly. Can anyone please help.
