Is anyone can advise how to recovery the deleted photo from ipad 3 please?

Unfortunately, if you've deleted a photo from the iPad, it's gone. The iPad does not have a Trash can or a Recycle bin. If you made a back-up before you deleted the photo (and if the photo was on the iPad was backed up) - then you might be able to get the photo back by restoring that backup.

Otherwise, I am sorry but that photo is gone.
