scifan57 Administrator Staff member Apr 11, 2018 #3 This was a problem with the iPhone 6 Plus, whereby the Touch IC chip connections to the logic board failed, causing the touchscreen to become unresponsive. There are no reports of this same problem affecting the iPhone 8 Plus.
