Is there a way to edit posts with the ipf app? I can find the quote button but not an edit button.

Yes hit the blue arrow that points downwards on the post you wish to edit, it's the same arrow you hit if you want to quote a post. Remember the edit option will only appear on posts you have authored.

Also remember that some threads are set up so that you cannot edit your post, such as the News threads, if you make a mistake it will be there forever!
