Well, you could take it to Target and see what they can do to help you. But I'd suggest you go to iTunes on your computer and fill out a form (or call iTunes support.) They'll give you credit for the app.

Target does not accept IPAD returns. I will never make another big purchase through them. Mine was less than 5 weeks old. Live and learn.
