Ipad with ITunes

I have jailbreak my IPad2,can I sync my IPad to ITunes ?
Will it delete all my apps installed via Cydia Apps,please advice

The jail break of your iPad does not affect or interfere with it's normal operation(s) with iTunes. So, yes, you can sync it without any trouble.

Then I guess I didn't understand your original question. So, let's go back to the beginning. When you plug your iPad into your computer/iTunes, what happens (or doesn't happen)?

It will sync but not Music?
