Ipad will not start up

IPad will not start back up after update of software. What can I do?

Reset your iPad: press and hold Home and Power button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, release both and let the iPad power up.

If this doesn't help, restore it using iTunes: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
