iPad usage with multiple separate Bluetooth Devices simultaneously?

Is it possible to use a BT Keyboard and BT Speaker with iPad at the same time?
e.g. Listening to music on BT Speaker using iPad/ iPod, while typing other apps on the iPad with BT Keyboard.

Can the above be done on iPhone?

Or

I just tried it and I have my Jambox speaker paired in conjunction with my Apple wireless keyboard on my iPhone 4S.

[Brief pause]

And they also pair with my iPad3. I have a YouTube video currently running through the Jambox while I type this on the Apple keyboard.

So, I'd say that yes, you can pair more than one Bluetooth capable device to the iPad or iPhone. You'll just have to experiment to see if your particular Bluetooth device(s) work.

Like Marilyn, I can pair my Apple BT keyboard and a Jambox BT speaker at the same time with iPad, iPhone or touch 4. But I can't pair two Jamboxes at the same time, for instance, with any of the devices. Experimenting is good advice.
