iPad unable to connect with iTunes after jailbreak

Hi all,

I have some problem here with my new iPad. I just jailbreak the devices using redsnow recently and after that I tried to connect my iPad with iTunes.unfortunately when I run iTunes there is an error reads

"iTunes could not connect to this iPad because and unknown error occured (0xE8000022)

hope anyone which have come across with this problem could share how to resolve it
