iPad profiles help

Hi my iPad has profiles on I need to know how to either edit them or delete them any help would be participated thanks

Tap one of the profiles. This will lead to the next "page" where you can delete/remove it.

These are mostly school profiles.
If you don't see a remove button, you can't delete them.

What is the program they used to create them?

There are quite a few device management apps available to schools and businesses, so there's no way to know without asking the IT staff. Apple's main tool is called Configurator. They may be using it by default, and one or two other tools for security settings, but that's beyond anything I've read about.
