iPad newby looking for free stuff

Hi I,m new to the iPad and would like to learn how to download films and music for free if there is a way, if any one can help would be grateful not very tech minded so in plain English please. Cheers

The only way to get them for "free" is to own the movies on dvd and put them on the iPad yourself. There are also many streaming services, which are paid. Hulu Plus, being one example.

There are some apps for this but as I'm sure you can imagine, they are limited, Crackle has movies and iTunes often has a free track to download from a featured artist.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend.
