S Schmid iPF Noob Oct 24, 2011 #1 Recently updated to ios5 on my first gen iPad and the music app has not worked since. It continuously crashes and always shows a black screen and i have no way to scroll through my songs or albums. Is there any way to fix this?

The Alternative iPF Noob Oct 24, 2011 #3 I had a similar problem with the native Calendar app. It kept closing each time I opened it. Restored from back-up and all is working fine now.
