Ipad carrier saying 'searching...' constantly!!

I deleted some LaunchDaemons that were 100% safe to delete a few days ago and ever since, my carrier constantly reads 'Searching...'?

My iPad is just a wifi one so it should just say 'ipad' if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it please help me!

Sorry to probably ask an obvious question. Is your iPad jailbroken?

Yes it is and I used ifile to remove them they were deemed 'safe' to remove though?
But it is sorted now I had to restore my iPad though :/
