Ipad Can't Find WiFi

I purchased the the MiFi 4G LTE. I can see it on the WiFi but it just keeps loading and loading. My Iphone picks it up fine but the Ipad seems not to pick it up. Help!!!

When you say it just keeps 'loading and loading' what do you mean? You say that you can 'see' the MiFi on the iPad. Presumably it's encrypted so does the iPad prompt you for the encryption password?

Tell us a little bit more and I'm sure we'll be able to sort this out.
