iPad as a remote

Does anyone know if they have any iPad application that will allow you to control your home theater and/or lighting in the house, making the iPad a very neat remote? I know they had the commercial for the iPhone to control lights, etc, but I was wondering if they had anything more robust to control your whole house, but most importantly, the home theater. It would be cool if they had something that would let you pick a movie you can play thru PS3, etc, just by clicking on it on the iPad. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

There are a number of tivo remote apps that work via wifi if you tivo is connected to your home network.

Thats basicaly it unless your going to spend hundreds/thousands of bucks on the home automation sytems that do things like lights, A/C, Garage door, etc....
